I'm Sorry I'm a Christian

WARNING:  This clip is not for everyone.    There is the use of a certain four letter word that some would consider the worst of profanity.  That four letter word is an acronym for the phrase, "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge".  If you don't get the point that I'm trying to make here... If you're easily offended, you've been warned.  You have every freedom to move the arrow over the "X" and make your exit.  If you choose to view this, I take no responsibility for any offense that might be taken.

At first, I thought, "man I wish he hadn't used that word because now it's going to be harder for me to use that clip".  But then I realized that part of the point he was trying to make was that his concern isn't for his fellow Christians and their sensibilities.  It was a whole other group entirely that his amazing poem was trying to reach.  But still, it spoke to me..   Because, I know, my stains are there on the name of God.  And, I too, am sorry..

Blessings,

Dana

I love what he says about "why are we protesting at the front door instead of standing at the back door with hugs" (and the girl that sighs when he says it)- not just at abortion clinics though, that fits in all kinds of scenarios.

I want to give this guy a high 5.

I haven't been able to think about much else since I first saw this video - he def. deserved first place in the contest.

Love you.

I'm sorry that being Christian means being so out of touch with our culture that we might need to "warn" people about a word ;)

Awesome clip! Thanks for sharing it (just don't tell anyone that I follow a blog about "mommy stuff")

Interesting ... I kinda wish there was a caption because it was kinda hard to keep up with what he was saying ... but from what I heard it was all sad, but true. Kudos for taking the chance to share even with the fbombs=)

that was beautiful, and it really touched my heart. I have been trying to explain this point of view to my sister for years. These are the reasons I have given her when she asks me why me and my family are not in church. Her church is the epitomy of hypocritical "christians".
