I think that it is saying "I have a great mother. She nurtures me as I grow and soothes me when I'm hurting. This is how I know love and this is how I'll give love."

This is an adorable picture! You can just see her truly loving the baby! Mothers that give love nurture children who will share that love with children of their own.
